DC Gymnastics & Tumbling offers structured preschool gymnastics classes that emphasize “fun in fitness” with attention given to safety. Children learn counting, color recognition, obstacle courses, trampoline, bars, balance beam, tumbling and more. Class benefits include self confidence, strength, hand/eye coordination, body awareness, and endurance.
