Competitive Gymnastics

DC Gymnastics offers the opportunity to participate in competitive team gymnastics. Our Invitational Pre-Team program for boys and girls will prepare the gymnasts for competition with the DC Diamonds team. Gymnasts are able to compete as individuals while also being part of a team. The DC Diamonds compete at USAG sanctioned meets throughout southern California. Head Coaches Dan and Carrie O’Neil have more than 20 years of experience coaching team gymnastics and have coached many state champions.
