Being parents of three wonderful children, Christopher, Hannah and Carlie, we understand how important your children are to you. That’s why we consider DC Gymnastics & Tumbling not just a business that provides quality gymnastics instruction, but as an extension of our family. We care about our staff and your children as if they were our own. DC Gymnastics & Tumbling is a family run business and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. We will continually be making changes to improve the quality of our program and gym facility. So stop by the office and say hi and if you have a suggestion or comment we’d love to hear them.

Fun
At DC Gymnastics & Tumbling, fun is the most important element of our philosophy. When an activity is fun, a child is excited to participate. DC Gymnastics & Tumbling’s objective is to increase your child’s enthusiasm about physical activities.
Facility Safety
DC Gymnastics & Tumbling provides a SAFE and FUN environment where kids can stay FIT. It’s a unique gymnastics facility with many trampolines, ropes, rings, and specialized apparatus for climbing, swinging, and hanging. With a state-of-the-art foam pit, children can learn to flip and twist with minimal risk of injury. At DC Gymnastics & Tumbling, safety is of the utmost importance. From spotting techniques to having the proper equipment on hand, our specially trained coaches must pass stringent training programs before leading a class. Additionally, quality and maintenance inspections occur on a daily basis by our own staff to insure a safe, positive experience.
Fitness
Fitness benefits can last a lifetime. At DC Gymnastics & Tumbling, your child will reap the benefits of our quality gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading instruction. High repetitions of activities like swinging, springing, and climbing are needed to improve physical, motor, and psychological attributes. These include:
